Job Descriptions
- Communicate with site operation teams to ensure job assignments are clear and completed efficiently.
- Understand and address the concerns of foreign workers, providing motivation and support.
- Handle recruitment of foreign workers, including liaising with recruiters and relevant agencies.
- Analyze workforce challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency and worker satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to effectively manage foreign workers, ensuring smooth integration and performance.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including workplace accidents and urgent labour issues.
- Coordinate first-aid response and escalate serious incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- Travel between the company’s estates to oversee and manage foreign workers.
- Maintain compliance with labour laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Generate reports on workforce utilization, recruitment status, incident management, and other MISC reports required by management.

Job Requirements
- Possess at least STPM, Diploma or similar qualifications
- Has good competency of writing, reading and speaking in Bahasa Melayu & English
- Good analytical skill and judgment skill
- Basic knowledge in computer skill (Microsoft Office; Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc.)
