Job Descriptions
• Responsible for monthly payroll processing
• Involved in the preparation and posting of journal/ voucher and invoice checking
• To receive and process all invoices, expenses claim forms and request for payment
• To perform posting for account receivable and account payable
• Involved in the preparation of Management Reports (Costing or Accounting)
• Assist in the preparation of monthly cash flow budget and daily cash flow management
• To perform bank reconciliation, creditor statement reconciliation and etc
• To carry out any other ad hoc assignment as and when assigned by Immediate Superior or Management

Job Requirements
• Must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required
• Able to handle full set account
• Able to perform cost analysis
• Required skill: Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel is highly desired)
• Self- motivated and able to work independently
• Demonstrate commitment to accuracy and paying attention to detail
• Based in Bintulu, Sarawak.
