Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations at the quarry site including quarry face, stockpile, and access road (9km)
• Prepare daily work records and timesheets for site workers
• Coordinate and work closely with the blasting contractor to ensure blasting activities are conducted smoothly and safely
• Oversee and ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all heavy machinery, especially dump trucks
• Monitor worker performance and ensure tasks are carried out according to instructions and safety standards
• Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues and report them to management when necessary
• Supervise and guide workers on site with minimal supervision
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by Management from time to time

Job Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Possess at least SPM (Malaysian Certificate of Education) or equivalent
• Able to read and write proficiently
• Experienced in working as a Foreman or Assistant Foreman, preferably in quarry operations
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery, particularly dump trucks and related equipment
• Experience working in a stone quarry is a strong advantage
• Able to work in physically demanding outdoor environments with minimal supervision
• Good communication and leadership skills
