Job Descriptions
Job Purpose:
To plan, develop, and deliver training programs for plantation employees — including foreign workers and field staff — ensuring they understand and comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), harvesting standards, safety rules, and other operational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and orientation training for new employees and foreign workers.
- Develop and update training syllabus, materials, and modules from time to time according to management’s direction and operational requirements.
- Provide refresher training sessions to reinforce SOPs, work standards, and safety practices.
- Conduct training on new procedures, practices, or company policies whenever introduced.
- Evaluate trainees’ understanding and work performance after training to ensure effective implementation.
- Maintain accurate training attendance, feedback, and assessment records.
- Work closely with Operations and HR departments to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Prepare regular training reports for management review.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plantation operations, field training, or agricultural workforce development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multi-national and multi-lingual workforce.
- Knowledge of plantation SOPs, harvesting practices, and safety standards is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at plantation locations as required.
