Job Descriptions
• Lead and manage a team of Site Admins across all Estates, Mill, and Quarry, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at each site.
• Oversee and compile reports from the sites, ensuring they meet the Management's requirements. This includes ensuring accuracy and that reports are presented in a clear, organized, and professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with HQ Admins to ensure that all report submissions are timely and in full compliance with established deadlines.
• Accountable for presenting data and reports to the Management team during meetings or as required, ensuring that the information is comprehensive, relevant, and well-structured.
• Drive innovation and promote excellence within the team by fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing, particularly in areas such as Excel, data record-keeping, and report presentation.
• Serve as a liaison between the Management team and site admins, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment with new requirements and instructions from Management.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as needed by the Management, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

Job Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in plantation operations, estate management, or a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of site operations and reporting structures.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating and managing dashboards, data analysis, and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
• Familiarity with administrative software, ERP systems, or digital tools for data management and reporting is an added advantage.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various sites as needed to oversee administrative operations and ensure compliance with management directives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and enhance administrative efficiency.
