Job Descriptions
- Regulatory & Government Affairs : Serve as the primary liaison with government bodies and regulatory agencies, monitoring policy changes and advocating for company interests.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including shareholders, NGOs, community leaders, and business partners.
- Licensing & Compliance : Oversee and ensure the timely acquisition and renewal of all necessary licenses and permits for the group and related companies.
- CSR Legal Oversight : Plan and execute CSR programs that support sustainability and community development through strategic partnerships.
- Group Legal Coordination : Lead and coordinate corporate affairs functions across all subsidiaries and associated companies within and outside the Palmhead Group.

Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
- A background in law is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate affairs, preferably in a group or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, and government relations.
- Proven experience in managing corporate licenses, permits, and public affairs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
