Job Descriptions
- Assist the General Manager in daily operational matters, especially related to estate and field operations.
- Support the GM in coordinating and following up on project implementation.
- Conduct site visits, collect data, and prepare operational reports.
- Liaise with estate managers, contractors, and field teams.
- Monitor progress of assigned operational tasks or projects.
- Assist with documentation and compliance related to operational activities.
- Any other operational support duties as assigned by the GM or Management.

Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or any related field.
- Good knowledge of plantation or field operations is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or a related role.
- Willing to travel frequently to estate/field sites.
- Must be willing to be based in Bintulu, Sarawak.
