Job Descriptions
1. Meeting Support:
Take accurate minutes during all meetings conducted by the GMD.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, memoranda, and other relevant documents.
Ensure timely dissemination of minutes and follow-up actions to the concerned parties.
2. Instruction Monitoring:
Monitor and follow up on instructions given by the GMD to the relevant manager.
Ensure timely execution of instructions and report progress to the GMD regularly.
3. Research and Reporting:
Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documentations for the GMD.
Provide comprehensive and accurate information to facilitate decision-making.
Preparation of required reports by the Management
Any other adhoc task as assigned
Note: This position will be based at Sibu, Sarawak.

Job Requirements
1. Possess Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any discipline
2. Background in plantation operations is highly desirable
3. Proven experience in similar role is preferred
4. Detail- oriented and meticulous
5. Will require to travel to estate constantly
6. Proficient in MS Office especially Microsoft Excel
7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
