Job Descriptions
1. Meeting Support:
- Take accurate minutes during all meetings conducted by the GMD.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, memoranda, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure timely dissemination of minutes and follow-up actions to the concerned parties.
2. Instruction Monitoring:
- Monitor and follow up on instructions given by the GMD to relevant manager.
- Ensure timely execution of instructions and report progress to the GMD regularly.
3. Research and Reporting:
- Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documentations for the GMD.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information to facilitate decision-making.
- Preparation of required reports by the Management
- Any other adhoc task as assigned

Job Requirements
• Possess Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Background in plantation operations is highly desirable
• Proven experience in simliar role is preferred
• Detail- oriented and meticulous
• Will require to travel to estate constantly
• Proficient in MS Office especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
