Job Descriptions
- The main role is to assist the Management in managing the land dispute and native issues, meditate and resolve disputes between involved parties.
- Act as a coordinator in dealing & handling with NCR / Land Dispute & Native issues and matters and to provide ways and solutions to resolve the matter.
- Liaising, building and maintaining good relationships with all key stakeholders, organizations, government agencies, local natives as well as attending relevant forums, meetings, dialogues and events organized by these stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders - such as local authorities, community groups, and emergency services ensuring their needs and perspectives are heard.
- Handle inquiries, complaints and feedback from the community, keeping records like complaint logs to track and resolve issues.
- Attend stakeholder forums an community meetings, acting as the face and voice of the organization in public settings.
- Reporting Community Land Issues to Management: Serve as the key conduit for community concerns.
- Responding to Community CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Requests : Actively received, assess and coordinate community CSR requests.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in communication, public relation or related field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Iban. Ability to converse in Mandarin & other Local Dialect is additional advantages.
- At least 3 Year(s) of proven working experience in public relations, community engagement, stakeholder communication or related field is required for this position. Prior experience in a public/community/stakeholder engagement role.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office for report and agreement review.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to work with minimal supervision as well as being able to be a team player
