1. Conduct morning muster in collaboration with Field Supervisor to delegate tasks to the workers
2. Assist Field Supervisor in planning and preparing monthly work proposal I.e. Harvesting, manuring and weeding
3. Monitor team members closely on their function and responsibilities to make sure their task are completed according to the MSPO standard
4. Daily reporting of work progress to Field Supervisor
5. Other adhoc tasks assigned/delegated by the management/immediate superior from time to time
